Care Instructions for Mesh Stretch Velvet

Washing

• Hand wash is safest but machine wash on a low heat is also fine.

• Use cold water (uo to 30 degrees) and a mild detergent made for delicates.

• Gently agitate—do not scrub or wring, as this can crush the velvet pile or distort the mesh.

• If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle, cold water, and place the item in a mesh laundry bag.

Drying

• Gently press (don’t twist) excess water out with a towel.

• Lay flat to dry on a clean towel to protect the stretch and shape.

• Keep away from direct sunlight or heat.

• Do not tumble dry — heat can damage the velvet texture and stretch fibers.

Ironing

• Avoid ironing directly.

• If needed to remove wrinkles, use a hand steamer on low heat from several inches away.

• Never press the velvet pile with an iron — it can cause permanent flattening.

Storage

• Store items flat or hang on padded hangers to avoid shoulder marks.

• Keep away from rough surfaces that can snag the mesh.

• For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag.
